The Popup Space
With nearly 1,000 sq ft of open space, the Popup Space at the Weaverville Hotel serves as the ideal backdrop for popup events or gatherings of up to 40 people. Each reservation comes with exclusive access to our Popup Space, seating and tables for up to 40.
Event rentals are by the hour, with a minimum of three hours for bookings (please make sure to factor in setup and cleanup as part of that). Reservations can be directly requested here.

"This is a lovely space and has access to all the amenities needed for a plethora of gatherings. This space is very versatile; my event was a young child's birthday party and it worked amazingly, but I could also see this space easily used for work meetings/conferences, and even more fancy engagement/bridal events or baby showers.
