Room 1 "LaGrange":
August 14th & 15th 2004 "The hotel was an experience!
The Big Fluffy Bed was my favorite. The view was
beautiful; The owners a charm. We will most
definitely be back along with friends and family."
- Redding, California
Room 2 "Trinity Lily";
July 31st, 2004 "What a restful, comfortable, friendly
place... It turned out they had only been open 3 days.
Jeanne gave us a tour of the newly decorated rooms, one more
interesting and elegant than the other. We decided on the
'Trinity Lily.' We spent a relaxing evening---- bath in
the wonderful tub, listened to the old radio shows. The
room was decorated with such attention to detail from the robes
& bubble bath to a stamp on the envelope for a card to send to
friends. What a wonderful relaxing experience we had."
- Oakley, California
Room 3: "Bully Choop":
August 2, 2004 "What a delight to see this old, historic
hotel restored with such charm. You have thought of
everything even down to the lovely bed linens. Our night
here has been relaxing and restful."

August 7,2004 "Your unflinching efforts to restore and
improve the historical hotel has been realized. The level
of detail and care shown in the restoration is evident as we
entered the front door. Your vision of a first class
retreat where guests recoup their senses is truly appreciated.
Weaverville Hotel and Emporium is just the right door to enter
and enjoy the beauty of Trinity County."
- Costa Mesa, California
August 13, 2004 "After days of tent camping and "budget
moteling," a historic hotel is a real treat- especially the
Weaverville Hotel and the kind proprietors, Brian & Jeanne.
We loved their stories about the area's history and how they
obtained all this beautiful furniture from around northern
California. Thanks again and we will tell our Bay Area
friends to escape the mega polis and stay here.
P.S. I loved opening drawers and discovering more books, treats,
etc."
- Mountainview, California
August 14,2004 "Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at the
Weaverville Hotel. This was exactly what we were looking
for to escape our busy lives at home for just a lil' while.
We can't wait to share the news to friends & family at home
about "the find" we discovered here at your place.
You have done a wonderful job 'setting up.' We will be
back!
- Fortuna, California

Room 6 "Golden Jubilee":
August 14, 2004 "We want to Thank You so much, our
visit was so peaceful. We truly loved our stay here.
The room is beautiful. We live such a hectic & stressful
life and it was so relaxing and comfortable... It gave us
an opportunity to talk, read to each other, and fall asleep to
beautiful music on the radio. We complement you on your
special touches, the robe & slippers, the chocolates, and my
favorite, the bathtub."
- Escalon, California
